Data you provide. When you fill in the contact form or the project configurator, you give us data such as name, email, phone and details about your space. We use it solely to get back to you and follow up on your request.
Navigation data. Like any website, our systems collect some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) sent by your device. Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics for aggregated, IP-anonymised statistics.
Form data is processed to answer your request and possibly begin a professional relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Statistical data is processed only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and, in case of engagement, for the duration of the relationship and subsequent legal terms. Statistical data is kept in aggregated form according to Google Analytics settings.
We do not sell or trade your data. To run the site we rely on providers acting as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (site hosting and form handling) and Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Fonts). Some providers may process data outside the European Union, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing by writing to info@studio7sei.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
